Brian & Matt were great to work with very professional. The said they would start on the 16th Matt and his crew were at the House 8 o'clock sharp. The demo of the Kitchen, bulkheads, sink and ceiling sections when great covered and blocked of the adjacent rooms to reduce dust. They finished when they said. looks great.
Implemented our kitchen and floor design exactly while providing insightful guidance to help us avoid the pitfalls that can accompany any major home remodeling project.Brian sat down with my wife and I in his office and intently listened to our vision and on the spot began to design our new kitchen and flooring. He was meticulous is describing the different cabinet woods and finishes down to the various types of hardware that could be used on the cabinets we ultimately chose. He found the exact type of double sink that we were seeking. When it came to choosing our flooring he was able to provide us with a plethora of samples to allow an in depth comparison which resulted in a beautifully complimentary hardware floor to our two toned cabinets. Regarding the granite countertops, Brian provided a detailed education on the different grades of granite which gave us confidence to shop and select a wonderful granite countertop at an excellent price.The workmanship of Matt and his team was nothing less than extraordinary. They were punctual and completed the project on time. When there was a minor mistake where a workman drilled a single hole in the wrong place on a cabinet facing, they did not try to cover it up. They could have puttied the hole and an untrained eye would never notice the minor defect. Instead, he notified us immediately and insisted that they order an entire new cabinet facing at their cost. This level of integrity was highly impressive. Two years later we continue to enjoy our beautiful kitchen! They remodeled my kitchen, and opened the wall into my family room, hardwood flooring in my entire house, first, second floors and steps. They also remodeled my powder room, master bath, and installed french doors.Kitchens By QBI took out small outdated kitchen, and family room, and redesigned it into a modern open area. The design was absolutely perfect. The workers were professional, knowledgeable, and informative, honest, and quality workmanship.
